Fashion In SJ!
Nearly nowhere else in the world, with the possible exception of Italy, will you find a country whose popularion places such high priority on women’s fashion and accessories as does Costa Rica.

Even in the small villages and towns of Costa Rica where only a few shops exist.....one of them is certain to be offering only women’s shoes, purses, and handmade clothing.

In every corner of Costa Rica you’ll find the “boutiques” where women sell the clothing that often they design and create themselves, and where you may easily have tailored clothing made especially for you. Throughout the capital you’ll find probably a couple of thousand such boutiques, and in the more luxury zones such as Escazu, you’ll find haute couture in such establishments: imports from South America, Paris, France, Spain, India and Asia, ranging from original individual works worthy of a spot in a gallery as well as fashion standards from Italy such as Dolce & Gabanna, Versace, Moschino, and Armani.

The Boutique Jet Set, Oxo Fashion, and Boutique Eleganzza in Escazu are few such popular spots among the hip bars and upscale shops in the elegant suburb, where the discerning female can find her heart’s desire right here in Costa Rica. Costa Rica Fashion Week usually occurs in March, and will travel through the major malls of Costa Rica, including the upscale Multiplaza Escazu.
