Guacamole
Any avacado is best served in this manner. A classic nacho topping Guacamole

Ingredients:

3 avocados, mashed

8 oz Crème Fraiche

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves, finely chopped

1/4 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped

1 1/2 tablespoons unflavored gelatin, dissolved in 1/3 cup cold water (optional)

 
Directions

Combine avocados, crème fraiche, mayonnaise, cilantro, parsley, and gelatin in a glass bowl. Pour mix into a mold and refrigerate for 3 hours.

Serve as a salad or hors d’oeuvres on crackers or toasts.
