Steak With Onions Bistec Encebollado Ingredients: 2 thin center-cut beef filets 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 onion, sliced 2 teaspoon vegetable oil Ground oregano, cumin, and salt to taste Directions Season filets with garlic, cumin, oregano, and salt in a bowl. Heat oil in a skillet over medium high. Add filets. Cover for 15 minutes. Turn filets over and fry until cooked. Add onions and ½ cup water and cover for 5 minutes. Serve with rice. |
